She's probably just a future companion. When something like this gets everyone wondering fan theories are always more interesting then the actual conclusion. Remember "Bad Wolf"? Rolling Eyes

Thank you, finally someone has sense! Probably his future wife or something, but after the episode, it won't have happened, and will never happen.

Most likely. All I know is that as long as the second part is a great as first then we know the shows future is in safe hands

Thanks for the info.

I have read about the conclusion to the conclusion of the series. If you want to know a speculated ending then read the spoiler below. There is also information about the Christmas Special.

Donna is hit by a van. Thought to be dead, she is cared for by her Grandfather Wilf. This takes place after it is revealed that she has been been infestated by the Racnoss which has been growing in strength inside her. she eventually lives but loses all knowledge of her time with the Doctor. The final scenes feature the Doctor and Wilf in conversation. Wilf says "Everytime I look into the sky at night and see a shooting star, I will think of you on her behalf". The Doctor replies solemnly "You Can never tell her". He then walks sadly to the tardis, and goes inside. The tardis disappears.

This was revealed on a website that specialises in Who stories and is reported by a fan who claims to have been there whilst filming took place. A little piece of news about the Christmas special if you're interested:

Dervla Kirwan and David Morrissey stars. Rose does not make a return as the doctors companion but maybe does in next years specials. His assistant at Christmas is a young girl called Rosita. it features two types of Cybermen. Ones from the parrallel world and ones from this world. It is set in this world during Victorian Times at Christmas and features a battle in snow covered Cardiff.

Interesting info, wonder if it comes true?

Knew about all except:
The parrallel & our world Cybermen, in that case I nominate the Revenge Cybermen to be our ones, you know the ones with the guns in their heads, flaired torusers & camp walking Laughing

Oh right, well that's an interesting way for someone to leave rather than the usual "it's too much I've got to go" ending for them

One thing that really bugs me is the Doctor-Lite episodes. How can it be called Doctor Who if it doesn't feature him?

In Episode 11 called TURN LEFT, it is rumoured the doctor doesn't feature in the episode at all. Instead it focuses on the return of Rose. I don't agree with this as it is called Doctor Who and not The Rose Tyler Show. Companions should never be bigger than the main character.

So what do you suggest they do? change the name for a week? Don't be stupid!. Rolling Eyes Blink last year hardly featured the doctor and it's widely regarded as the best episode of the shows rebirth.

No that is not what I am suggesting. And, by the way, I'm not stupid! I am merely asking twhy has it now become customary for a doctor-lite episode to be included every year? Even the doctor lite episode in season 1 (Boom Town) featured the doctor as this filmed at the same time as Aliens In london and World War Three. I don't mind the doctor hardly featuring as long as the story is good, and yes Blink was superb. But not to feature him at all is just a bit too much.

we have soap episodes away from their 'home' locations. Coronation street on the QE2 / Eastenders in Spain / Brookside in Rome. so why not Dr Who without 'Dr Who'
