Yep: http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/

Going to clash with Harry Hill this is Mad Wink

To be honest though most town centre's shops close up at 6pm on Saturday's so it'll either be a mad rush home or the opening minutes being missed.

I believe they put it on earlier because of that bloody highly original Rolling Eyes Musical programme Mad

Oh dear... Oh well, Doctor Who is back. Yush!

Me can see the show reverting back to the 7:00pm time slot we all hold dear to our hearts in future weeks. It always is a tad irritating whenever a series moves up and down like a blooming yo-yo o'Doom!

Eggman's peace out!

Hm... According to Outpost Gallifrey's top story, RTD's not happy with the time slot it would seem.

Interesting...

Don't blame him, alot of people finish work/shopping at 6pm so it's a case of a "mad rush home" & even then people who miss the start may wait for the repeat the following day.

No, I meant as in "I don't blame him for being angry", proof is in the pudding tht anything before 7pm gets a lower audience on a Saturday, look at TV Burp, the highest rated episode was shown at 7pm, the pre 7pm ones had a lower audience

Ah! I see. That makes far greater sense now.

Peace!

I have to say that 6.20 is a stupidly early time for new Who. It started that time in the 70's but more people were watching in those days. With multi-channel viewing more people are watching later in the evening than earlier.

I'd Do Anything won'tbenefit that greatly from Doctor Who as a lead in. Doctor Who would rate better than I'd Do Anything at 7.10pm.

This is the thing, Doctor WHo is a guaranteed rating winner & is unique (in a sense) on British TV at present, whereas we've had loads of series like I'd Do Anything over the past 12 months, the BBC really have got their priorities the wrong way roudn here Mad
