John Simm is supposed to play The Master


Given the events of the 1996 TV Movie, it REALLY will be stretching credibility for The Master to still turn up alive and well

I seriously doubt that Mr Simm would want to go straight from one "time travel" type programme to another, for fear of type-casting.

He is in it, definitely. People reported it from the official series launch last night, standing in front of Big Ben in a smart suit and smiling menacingly.

Well he is definitely in it and discussed his role on Simon Mayo's radio show. He'll be in the last couple of episodes for the series and apparently at the press screening they showed a clip of him standing in front of the Houses of Parliament looking sinister. And why would he be standing there? Hmm methinks Vote Saxon.

Seems odd then that The Sun has been touting John Simm as the odds-on favourite to succeed David Tennant as The Doctor Surprised

No, those are the Judoon - in their armour they look a bit like Sontarans, but underneath it they look different.

A.He's been killed thousands of times.
B.It's debatable if the TV Movie really happened.I think the 8th doctor happened but the TV Movie didn't.In other words,I don't like it!

Well just the fact he's appearing in it some form or other is good anyway, he's great in Life On Mars and I'm sure he'll be great in this
