Discovery Kids and Wings to close to form Discovery Turbo?

Why so many Amercian Chopper? I've just noticed on a bumper saying that it is "American Chopper Day". Certainly is poor for a launch day schedule.

Well on Sky it was EPG 525, and was to become 508 with the re-shuffle, and even though it closed before then, there is still a gap for it. Presumably that slot belongs to ITV.

The Sky EPG was reshuffled last year, so the slot that once was the ITV News Channel is (as of today) Animal Planet +1. Before today it was Discovery HD. As said by StuartPlymouth, 508 was to become ITV News's slot, so that probably still belongs to ITV.

Looking at the schedules, there will be a marathon of a different show every day this week and next week, but after that it seems there is a more mixed schedule, offering more variety and hopefully letting Discovery get back to its roots.

Bit of a nasty logo. The Discovery channels seriously need some uniformity going on.
