Nice work going on here, I feel as though I'm out of a job.

Unfortunately I can't see the clips, they aren't actually playing anything, but I'm sure I must have bits from DiGGiT somewhere. I haven't seen the original titles for DiGGiT in ages. The closest I've found are the second set which goes through the town, and of course the last set, which for me added life to the programme when they were in the bigger studio at Teddington.

It was one of those programmes that I liked for purely and simple being an interactive programme. Diggin'it was on a completely different level with sketches, but it lacked the simple live Saturday Morning feel of just getting up, listening to people phone in and play games or just to shout out to their mates, and then watch a few cartoons over your corn flakes (ow whatever you eat).

It's the same with Toonattik, it just isn't live and isn't good enough, though saying that CiTV don't even have presenters now!

I believe that the whole DiGGiT - Diggin'it was on Disney's patch, as they didn't want to spend money hiring different crews and studios for something that they could do at their own studio in the week!

I took them with my cam so they aren't good quality, if you click on the links you'll notice that I've given you a direct link to the file but the website won't allow that and they've given you a link so that you still can view them.

Really? I thought Ex-diggit presenter Laura Jaye was presenting the show? Saying that, I haven't seen CITV for ages. It's just like CITV back in the mid 90s after Tommy Boyd decided not to present CITV anymore and Steven Ryde had to be the voice man. [more CITV history....]

The thing is that they aren't appearing at all. It's either coming up blank or with a yellow haze.

Laura and Andy finished last August. I presume its down to cost cutting, perhaps they don't think that the audience increases when spending money on presenters and crew.

As for the 90's change, it was down to ITV's budget cuts again, and so they took it out of vision, Steve was from the workshops at Central and so was used to be the voice, and then later producer when they went back in vision in May 1998.

Why am I talking about CITV in here, there's a 300 odd page thread that I set up ages ago...

The second titles?

I could do, when I find them yes!

For some reason I couldn't see the video before, but now I see it find. Ah the memories of those DiGGiT titles., especially when you combine them with the sound off Paul's website.

I think 1998 is one of my favourite years for presentation, with the launch of DiGGiT, the relaunch of CiTV, the launch of SM:tv, the launch of T4 and the new look to ITV(1 as is now).

Yellow Haze? Are you not opening these with Windows Media Player? It works fine for me.

I missed the 20th anniversary special on CiTV, does anyone have any clips of that time when they must of shown the old CiTV titles, presenters etc.

I have somewhere. I just need an elf to get them all onto the PC for me!

BTW I can see the images now, if I hadn't already said. It was very strange as previously I had a blank screen with the audio, even though there's no audio on the film.

Sorry to bring this thread back up,but i switched on Toonattik round 9 and it had a different set, different graphics,a different version of the logo and a different version of the theme! On the trailer it had the different theme and the different logo but i wasn't expecting that!

Have the titles changed if anyone was up to see them?

Just in case no-one has seen it,the sting is a yellow circle which goes furry and then back again with it turning round to make the logo.

There's a TV in there now,a bit like D&D.
