It's quite stupid I think putting two good shows at the same time, Ant & Dec, and Doctor Who.

Then again, BBC and ITV are rivals.

What did you watch this Saturday Night?

Dr Who.

Watched Stars in their eyes first then switched over.

Erm, how about none of the above?

I watched Saturday Night Takeaway because I always love to watch that on a Saturday night. I did record Doctor Who on DVD so i'll probably watch it tomorrow evening.

I hope this poll reflects the viewing figures. If it does, Ant and Dec will be axed hopefully, hoorah!

Don't know if anybody on here will understand this concept, but we didn't watch anything.

We had people round for a dinner party.

We've taped a thing about Windsor Castle to watch at a later date, but that's all.

I'm surprised at all this fuss, here and in the papers etc, who will watch what, which will get the higher ratings etc

Are we saying that it is so rare these days for BBC1 and ITV1 to have half decent programmes on at the same time, that there needs to be all this fuss?

I don't know about other people, but it's the ultimate battle between trash television and intelligent, well made television. That is why it's important to a lot of people.

When the ratings come in we'll know if there is still an audience for thought provoking television these days.

Was that on tonight? I really want to see that! If only to see Prince Philip driving his Range Rover!
