I did catch the final 20minutes of the Sunday show, mainly as I got woken up by a phone call. It looks like they altered the format so that the contestants have to loose their points, and the one with the lowest wins. The celeb contestant had been replaced with some adult.

To be honest from what I saw it looked rather poor, and there was atleast one blatent cut which prooved it wasn't live, or even recorded 'as live'. Though I think the cut was due to it being only 1 hour long, it could do with being atleast 1-1/2 hours long or the previous 2 hours.

I've been a member long enough, and haven't bothered to post. Razz
Anyway, it seems Rachel Stevens wasn't happy about D&D having a go at her for not joining in, according to this article on DigitalSpy.

All I can say is that if you appear on a show like that and don't want to get messy, then you can bugger off and stop being a spoil sport!

She didn't entirely storm off as they managed to get her in the garden at the end, though I'd imagine with the backdrop for the garden there is a ban on 'muck muck' flying about in that part.

I have no sympathy for her, Dick and Dom has been on for atleast 2 series on BBC1. Anyone with common sense would/should have watched atleast one episode before agreeing to take part, and would therefore have a good idea as what to expect, regardless of this being the first series to have a 'celebrity' actively taking part. It's not even as if the 'muck muck'/gunge is harmful, at most it effects your appearance until you have a shower.

To prove they've not already run out of celebrities this week it's Eugiene from Big Brother. Still he does look suited to being a bungalow head. Laughing

And in order to remove MoM's new novelty of having a dog there definately is a real dog in the bungalow.

This may be an odd request, but does anyone have any pic of the D&D studio, aka the camera side, It's always intrigued me how its set up, everything much be far away to avoid the water/muck/stuff that goes on.

I'm under the impression that with the addition of the garden the mess is being banned from that section in part due to the garden backdrop.

Well I noticed (Yes I do watch it, it's funny) that Eugene said "I even got the cameraman" to which Dom replied "What's a cameraman, there's nothing there, that's a wall"

Despite in the past other cameras being in shot on numerous occasions, not to mention the shadow of the autoque on the floor.

I don't know if everyone knows but this series is their last series and on Saturday Mornings.co.uk it was possible that the last series of The Saturday Show could be its last.

Hmm.. looks like the profanity filter's decided to kick in on the title of this thread! Laughing (edit: and this morning it seems to be back to normal - strange!)
