Designers of old regional ITV logos

Does anyone know the names of the designers who designed any of the well loved old regional logos?

Central cake
Westcountry W
Yorkshire Cheveron
Granada G Arrow etc

The Westcountry identity from 1993-1999 was designed and implemented by Ortmans Young; a company which also designed the Pro Sieben rotating-earth identity and the BBC World Service TV ident featuring three simultaneously rotating globes.
The original Central identity (1982) was designed by Minale Tattersfield whilst the Central Cake logo was mainly the creation of Jim Stokoe, who also designed the original fox kids identity.

What was the original fox kids identity? Are we talking the logo coming alive,or was there something before then?
