It was obvious that he would do it, although I am interested now in how he did it. There was never ever any doubt that he wouldn't be able to get all numbers tonight.

Would have got 4 numbers out of that if we'd stuck with the line we used for much of the nineties!

Seriously freaked out though. The only explanation I can offer is they hijacked the BBC airwaves - or CGI balls?

It's less impressive given that he 'couldn't' share his prediction prior to the numbers being drawn.

It's clear those numbers where not on those balls before the draw was made. The question is how they were made to appear on them after the draw was made.

What Darren said about the BBC having the legal right to announce the Lottery results first was a load of rubbish, as Darren would have only been announcing his prediction. Unless it really was on a delay tonight and it was cover up between the BBC and Camelot.

CGI balls was my thought too or maybe that stand printed the numbers on them after they were drawn.

Those explanations wouldn't make a very good show on Friday though, would they? I don't think we will really know how he did it even after Friday's show. Did he say it took a whole year of his life to do this? I wonder what that's all about.

I presume he could not show them as they were the winning balls, which he said the BBC have to announce first. Or that was a bluff I guess. Someone mentioned on DS about him having his fist at his mouth for a long time if that has anything to do with it, Im guessing the theories will rumble on till Friday.

That's trying to 'talk up the trick'.

One thing I did notice was that during the draw itself he was dead still, he didn't move a muscle. However the camera was constantly shaking.

I wonder whether the camera shake was artificial and there was some fancy vision mixing to freeze the balls and Derren on screen while the real ones were being changed

I'm sure I read that the lottery drawings have been pre-recorded since Fathers 4 Justice raided the studio, so he could have been present during tonight's recording.
