Well apparently (according to Greggles) Denis is recording his very last It'll Be Alright on The Night special at the London Studios tomorrow - due for transmission around August.
no wonder he want to retire, the poor chap has never been given so much as a stool to sit on in any of his programmes
there were some clips i hadn't seen, the coronation street one with sue nichols was a bit exaggerated in the write up, i wouldn't call jumping about at the sight of a caught fish 'fleeing the corry set', they weren't even on the set, they were by a canal.
liked the other corry clip with simon gregson messing about, must be a good stress reliver as acting is hard work
not sure this programme has been on before though but it would be very easy to insert new unseen outtakes in between the scenes of dennis in the studio
Some good all new clips on tonight's 13th Laughter File
Hardly new.
It was the one with Trish doing the introduction.
That edition's been around the block a few times, even though Radio Times managed to omit the "R" for repeat.
Last Saturday's Laughter File most definitely had not been aired before. I used the lovely Trish Bertram as voice over again, to mark the last of the Laughter Files I was to produce (she did my first one - 8th Laughter File) - well remembered.
Thoroughly enjoying this thread guys...
