How about a few lines on the purpose of the radio station and what target audience you are going for? By presenting a few ideas will give people the option of deciding whether to tune in or not!
Ive just clicked and the buffering problems (every five seconds) make the station totally unlistenable and it seems that you are just playing a playlist in winamp (or any music program)
To be a radio station worth listening to these days you have to be something a bit different; that will stand out and retain the listeners. Some talking, interactivity and obvious music policy would be a start!
