Endemol have rumoured to do a Scottish Version of DOND.

No idea as of yet 623, will need to wait and find out I suppose.

I imagine if it's real, then it would feature only Scottish people.

However I have my doubts. That picture looks like a very bad mock. No mention of it on the official site

Nope its not a mock it came from Endemol itself.

Maybe it would be a programme on STV? BBC Alba?

Almost certainly right Gavin. In fact, this sounds like an April Fools joke four and a half months late.

I'm not sure of the exact rights position but C4 would never tolerate a situation where Endemol were making another version of DOND in direct competition with the one it screens.

I can imagine STV buying the Uk rights to another international format these days - just as they did with Fun House or Wheel of Fortune - but there are no distinct Scottish rights for DOND.

About the only conceivable thing would be for MG Alba to commission Endemol to make a Gaelic version! But even this sounds unlikely.

I doubt all this to be honest. But perhaps STV have come to some kind of financial settlement with Channel 4 to air a version of the show?

But I have further information I'm unconvinced.
