I haven't watched this show in over 9 months. I will see the farewell tour of Deal or No Deal whenever it will finish.

I remember watching it nearly every day when I came home from school with my late grandmother years ago. The only full episodes I have watched contestants winning the £250k were Paddy Roberts & Sikh priest Roop Singh. Nobody can deny that the show undoubtedly has had an incredible run of episodes in it's time on Channel 4. It's no doubt that the many repeats of episodes from over the years will continue to be shown on Challenge TV well into the future.

It is an end of an era for Deal or No Deal. Let's hope if the new replacement shows for Noel ever get commissioned & hopefully will be a success.

I see that BBC Studioworks make no mention of any Bristol studio facilities these days. AIUI they used to manage the production facilities for Deal or No Deal in Bristol at both The Paintworks and then The Bottle Yard studios? I guess with no long-term studio deal needed, any contract to manage facilities ended a while ago. (The old BBC S&PP website used to mention the Bristol facilities)

I do think it might be time C4 refocus their daytime efforts on the mornings. Afternoons proving very difficult for them lately so competing against a stale, though popular, BBC morning line up and This Morning, could be the better option.

If we're wanting to try something silly, why not resurrect the (now seemingly dead) afternoon chat format.

It doesn't seem that long ago that Alan Titchmarsh was doing it.

What happened to the revival of The Paul O’Grady Show? There haven't been any official announcements or even news stories about it, and I was surprised he decided to do it again in the first place after he was quite honest about his reasons for leaving (IIRC, his health and everyone and their dog just flogging their book)

I do think something along those lines but aimed at a younger audience would be worth a try at 5pm.
Shouldn't that have been posted in the "John Logie Baird has Invented Television" thread?

One of Edmonds' new shows, which has the working title Cheap Cheap Cheap, will be set in an "eccentric general store", with contestants asked to guess the cheapest of three items. Thirty episodes have been commissioned.
The other two shows have only been given pilot episodes at this stage. One has the working title Noel Edmonds' Sell or Swap and will see studio contestants bidding live on second-hand and antique items.
The other is simply billed as "a brand new studio-based big money game show".

I must say it sounds like a load of rubbish whatever the replacement will be, the last "big money game show" sounds better, the cheap cheap cheap sounds horrible, but will wait and see.
