I still don' t think He would of ofter that if she was doing it for real!

and like you said, spending a couple of extre £££ at the start can get rid of the players and save the banker more money the in long run:

Mr Blobby will probably come along and surprise Noel in House Party style, by gunging him. We hope Wink

Well he didn't - Noel's Friday Night Project aired last week.

A good show tonight - not least because it means Bunny has now gone!

This stuff with psychic Sarah is all quite spooky, but even spookier was the Bunny ended up in the same situation as Maurice - who did much better rhymes than Bunny could ever sing - with the £20,000 and £250,000 left on the table.

Bunny accepted £110,000 - Maurice rejected £101,000. The same two boxes were left on Sunday too with Daniel's game - he had already dealt, but his offer would have been just £75,000.

The £250,000 has been in the final two boxes three times in the last four days.

Why was todays a repeat? It was made in 2006 and I recognised the contestants face.. I also recognised him winning £100,000...

They are always repeats on Saturdays.

Deal or No Deal 7 days a week is just absurd, and this Saturday episode is totally unnecessary.

Have they changed too "classics" then?

I assumed they were just a selected repeat from the week - certainly were the first few weeks.

I agree - completly unneccessary, but it's kept quiet by C4 (unlike their More4 repeats which they seem to have plugged every day this week). The truth is it'll rate better than anything else they could put on at 4.30pm on a Saturday, so they'll stick with it.

It was advertised on Virgin as being a 'classic' episode.

There's an interesting thread of discussion here about whether the Deal or No Deal viewers competition is fair or not

There seems to be an equal mix of opinions, with the usual insults being thrown in equal measure both ways

I'd be interested to know what people on here think

Ah ha, i posted in that thread i ended up just confusing myself. I can see where people are coming from i guess it call comes down to the wording on DOND. I am sure they say that you have a CHANCE to win up to £10k or whatever the highest amount is.

We all know the show is recorded, so the production team, C4 ect know which box is going to be opened, so saying that you have a chance to win £15k is wrong, when you blatently didnt.

I guess it all comes down to how they word it on screen.

I think Deal or No Deal has one of the best explained competitions on TV - they make it clear the minimum amount you could win (on a couple of occassions just 1p), along with the maximum, and also clearly state the costs, that all calls are charged even if not selected, and clearly indicate when the lines are closed.

We also don't have the indignity of a stupid qualifying question.

I'm sure though Britain's best (well, worst) journalists are desperate to find something to trip the show up on!

But saying that you could win the maximum is wrong because C4 and the team know that you will only win lets say £2000 (which is a nice amount). I'm not sure on the rules of how it all works, i have rang myself before. I am just trying to see it from the OP from the threads point of view.

Like you say Brekkie it is clearly stated, i guess its the exact wording. Oh i dont know - best thing to do is don't phone in Razz
