I tell you, this "crack the code" thing is difficult. Its not even in sequence or anything. You really have to be on his wavelength.

Been meaning to post this since Saturday - but Joseph's back!

And it was show 250 yesterday, and just as in the 100th the £250,000 would have been won - if this, that and the other hadn't happened!

Can we assume from your post that you have cracked the code? I'm not asking for clues or anything, just a yes or no will do. It would be great if you could post the answer after the closing date too of course.

Nope, I haven't cracked it at all, we've even tried looking for letters in the images and allsorts. Its strange how question marks appear in many. I reckon thats some sort of clue but if you haven't got any lead its impossible! Its probably very easy but so far Noel Edmonds - you are a freak. Laughing

I wonder if the drawings were linked to the code all along or whether it was just an after thought and someone went back and checked them all and then tried to create something out of them!

The prize isn't really worth it either - they'd be better off making it so the winner gets to be an actual contestant.

Deal or No Deal is set to celebrate it's first birthday by getting a new presenter.

Impressionist Jon Culshaw will host a special show on October 29th, lampooning Noel Edmonds as he takes a show off.

Teletext report Endemol wouldn't confirm the move - but that they are planning something "special and a bit different" for the shows first birthday.

It's previously been mentioned there would be another "Double Deal" week to celebrate the first birthday of the show.

The lampooning of Noel is a good idea, he's the reason the show has become unbearable to watch. All this fake sincerity, talk of systems and superstitious claptrap. "The Power 5", "This is the strongest board I've ever seen", holding hands, banging on the desk and positive thought, it's like watching some weird kind of bizarre cult, I can't believe people are absorbed in this any longer.

It's had over 250 episodes in less than a year, what with 6 times a week, double weeks, it's overkill. Aren't they killing the golden goose ?

Whilst past it's peak, Who Wants to be a Millionaire only managed 400 shows in about 8 years. I don't see DoND having that sort of longevity. I notice there isn't an episode in the schedule next Saturday, it always was the worst performing episode of the week.

Wouldn't mind seeing the Saturday episode ditched, especially now BBC1 and ITV1 have strong schedules throughout the autumn.

Wouldn't surprise me though if C4 moved it to Sunday at 8pm - they've been struggling on Sunday nights lately and even losing out to ITV2!

Why have it on the 29th, when DOND launched on 24th Oct 05?
