Yep, Noel was on Jonathan Ross on Radio 2 last Saturday Morning, can still be heard today at "Listen Again", and he was saying how soon the Saturday Night slot will be set at 7.00pm.

Do you know how far roughly into Ross' show that Noel guests, just to save me going thru an entire 3 hour show. (plus I'm saving bandwidth!)

It's 45 minutes-in Russ. But you will need to hear it tonight or before the end of tomorrow morning's show as tomorrow's show will then overwrite it.

What a crusher tonight. He failed to deal at £25K and ended up with £10.

He was brave to try to take it further - but it came down to greed in the end so he kind of derserved the £10 I think. I guess no one will win the £250k unless they gamble like that though!

Well, he went with £2 more than the Bankers first offer!

Personally I weren't too gutted for Jon - I'd found him quite annoying when he was waiting in the wings, seemingly building his part up all the time.

And greed took over - the £25,000 offer was pretty fair.

There's one basic philosophy with DoND - odds. In your head you pick an amount of money you'd be happy with. In my case it'd be £30,000. Therefore I look at the board in the way you'd look at a pack of cards in a poker game - if you want a seven, you've got a 1 in 13 chance of getting it. If you want a club, it's a 1 in 4 chance. If you want £30,000, you've got a 4/5 in 22 chance of getting it. With five numbers left, and a deal worth half the second highest amount, you deal - because you've only got a 3 in 5 chance - under half - of hitting the three smallest amounts. When your odds go under 60:40 you're playing a seriously dodgy game to NoDeal. Therefore the only words I have for tonight's contestant rhyme with draught and click. 25 grand with a 5/3 chance of losing it? Idiot. And Noel really needs to stop being syncophantic and sympathetic, and introduce a bit of Anne Robinson - when he thinks they've made a mistake he should chastise them.

It depends whether you play the money or play the game - and is alot to do with everyones character, which why each episode of some person opening a series of boxes is completly different.

The game is infact a series of games, and IMO the target would change for each round.

As has been said, that guy ruined a great offer by being greedy.

£25K was an excellent offer.
