I liked the sketch with the "fictional" presedent, later replaced with the very shocking Presedent Bush.

But well done whoever was in Ormeau Avenue for getting something on air before anyone else in the nations!

Of course it's only advisable to start running a junction once it's been established that it's impossible to return to the programme that's broken down.

And a very strange audio quality on the breakdown announcements too - as if it was partially out of phase - perhaps two feeds of the announcer mic with a slightly different signal path? It sounded perfectly normal when they went to the promo slide for the Dead Ringers cassettes - maybe that was prerecorded?

Was it the same announcer on the slide?

Let's hope tonight's showing is problem free.

(Then I can add it to my collection on DVD too!)

Bit odd to be sitting there listening to one's pre-recorded anno's go out ... what would be the point..?! Mind you, nothing's impossible these days!

|'ve totally missed this series Deadringers since it was shoved to Sunday nights. Monday was a much better night for comedy. I wonder if this shows up in the ratings?

You've forgot to mention that the show got shoved to Thursday nights, Sunday is the repeat. AFAIK the show gets a good strong 2 million viewers or so, which is quite good really, the best performing programme within the 9pm-10.30pm Comedy slot.

This series has been OK so far, they've relied too much on spoofing TV shows and Films, there has been very little Politics mentioned.

Though the Breakfast With Frost gags were funny, and George W Bush going round New York was good too.

LOL! And Thursday's too! I thought the Monday comedy strand worked well in the past, strange to suddenly change it?
