Well, on this side of the Atlantic (I'm closer to the Pacific, here's what I can remember off the top of my head:
Canada:
-WTSN(an all female sports channel. Not enough subscribers, so it was shut down in 2003)
-The Green Channel
-New County Network(renamed CMT Canada. Same channel position carried CMT America earlier)
America:
-FNN(merged with CNBC)
-Bravo HD+(became Universal HD)
