I really enjoyed Richard Hammond's 5O'Clock Show. The reason because on PO'G he always starts off with, and I Quote

"Do you know i woke up this morning with a right backache, I took a painkiller and went back to sleep before feeding my cow Daisy"

I find this annoying and "a waste of time before the next VT" Hammond wasn't like this though. He was Amusing yet kept to the schedulenot wasting time with "This Morning" story's

Well RH5OS wasn't that good either...

Mothers of Invention - Mother inventors compete to win help from a Business guru who will help them to make their invention a success. (Some people who make some tat and call it an invention)

Journey to the Centre of Britain - Richard attempts to find the exact location of the centre of Britain. (WOW, breathtaking stuff)

You're Having a Laugh - Stand up comedy from everyday people who think they are funny. Each person has 1 minute on stage to try out their comedy. (To fill some time)

Gone to a Good Home - To solve the problem of unwanted Christmas gifts the idea of this slot is to leave an unwanted gift on your doorstep so that someone else may take it away. (You could do that yourself anyway!)

Martin's Money Tips - Martin Lewis gives tips to the public on how to save money. (The only good part)

Expert complainer Jasper Griegson gives tips to the audience on how to complain to get what they want from companies. (Martin Lewis is better)

The show also regularly interviewed the contestants and judges of Dancing on Ice. Sad

Particular highlights included the flatpack challenge with Darius, ferret racing with Sara Cox, operatic football chants with Russell Watson and a performance by the "Billy Elliot" of cheerleading. (The rest of the rubbish)

Another quality commission from ITV.

Thanks to Wikipedia for the unbiased bits
.

We all have different ways of thinking. I enjoyed it because i like light entertainment shows like that, not rubbish like PO'G who is a bleemin waste of time. He just wants everybody to know what he did when he got up this morning as i refer to my previous post.

According to an article on MediaGuardian, ITV1's daytime share has increased 128% year on year between 3.30pm and 5pm since dropping kids shows.

Countdown has been hit the most, with audiences below 1m, although don't know where they get this bit from.

"Countdown got a new host, Des O'Connor in January, after Des Lynam stepped down. But over the last few weeks, it has had a number of guest presenters." - eh ?

Does anyone bother to do their research at MG ?
