Love the set, it's all GMTV but in name, not too sure about the music.
Ranvir is as wooden as ever and is terrible when not reading the script. 'err ehem err, fake laugh'

Laura very informative with the weather, awful graphics though...what is it with ITV weather??

That weather map surely won't stick around for long

I bet Laura is missing her BBC Weather graphics already.

The tone of the news is just what Daybreak viewers want and need, but I do feel the excellent, extensive coverage of the news is being held back by the set: a strangely coloured window, stripes and a brick wall etc. It's all a bit too much.

Pro job from Ranvir and Matt. No nerves in sight, with the huge responsibility of starting it all off.

I really do hate this ITV weather map... even Laura Tobin cant make a dogs breakfast make sense. When they are capable of graphics that are more reliable why do they persist with using the stupid weather symbols on the map.

Enjoying the new look, but that clock just smacks TVF mock to me

Interesting to have a paper review with Lorraine's reviewers. Let's see how they do...

Well, that answers that one. Ranvir had her little boy five weeks ago.

But of course the Macmillan CSO studios are terrible, suppose it is meant to look like the ITV Regional studio? Would it not have been better to go down to ITV Border and take still shots from each camera and use them ?

Show looks good so far!

Using the previous Daybreak Weather graphics still!

Anglia had the new one, but i dont remember the logo animating. It did have transparent logo and clock.
Instead of 'headlines' in the strap anglia used it as using the text for the topic like the main programme.

Enjoying it so far, just awaiting a studio tour and 7am handover before I have to head off.

Edit: wow was that smart glass with the headline on? At 6:38?
