Seems odd that there's no sight of Kate Garraway anywhere in that 'Promo' will she even be a part of the new show? If I were her I'd give it ul to be honest ITV obviously don't want her having a too big role on breakfast tv. She can't even be chose as the Presneter on the GMTV copycat show, I hope she leaves and moves on to other things. I like Kate though and I wish her well.

He's really got that dead-eyed smile down to a fine art, hasn't he.
Why in god's name would they retain someone so insincere? There's few people who make me actually switch off, but he's right up there.

And the guy that replaced him was vastly superior, entertaining, witty (but not condescending and full of in-jokes) and yet they removed him as he was too associated with the original Daybreak team. The new producer seems to think that just about everything was wrong with the original Daybreak but there WAS some good elements and some good members of the team. Just re-employing some GMTV stalwarts won't make things right. Richard Arnold too was associated with everything that was wrong with the final years of GMTV. One step forward, two steps back.

I'm sure its a total coincidence but I see Sunrise have started a new ad campaign with Eamonn. He actually looks to the camera and says 'Mornings really are the best part of the day'
