Daybreak - the launch onwards

Is Richard being brought back to do reports and features, or to fill this possible gap when Lorraine is not on during holidays because she could be presenting from 7am? The Richard Arnold Show was it not called?

Do STV HD and UTV HD air during ITV Breakfast? People forget that it's effectively still a separate franchise and station!

Surely as a viewer in Scotland you would know if you put channel 3 on between 6am an 9.25 am Monday to Friday?

STV HD is not set as a default on Channel 3 on Sky+HD, its just STV SD. Normally I'm to tired to go all the way down to find HD haha!

What an odd thing to say.

STV HD does NOT show Daybreak or Lorraine just a slide saying normal programming resumes at 9.25.

And a terrible waste of technology.

It will be a major set back if Richard Arnold returns to Breakfast TV. It's been far better without him.

Regional opts on Daybreak will change to 0607, 0632 and 0732 from tomorrow.

Regional news bulletins will be at different times tomorrow apparently - they'll now follow the Daybreak new bulletins on the hour and 30 mins past the hour.
