Would have thought, given her connections, This Morning would be a more natural choice. Be great to see her back at ITV News


If by her connections you mean where she guest presented and totally failed at it then there couldn't be a less natural choice for her. Same probably applies for Daybreak.

Looks like Jackie did the opening live which is unusual! I say this because she does the opening then walks over to the table, when usually the opening is recorded then played out whilst the presenter wait to go live?

They often seem to do it live thesedays.

That was the first edition of the new show. That's when they realised the clock was in view.

That's the kitchen set that was usually use during Lorraine. In studio 5, it used to be placed where the news desk stood. When they temporarily moved to studio 3, they had more room, and struck it on its own.
