Daybreak - the launch onwards

It's awful. The two piano note thing? Doesn't work with the bed at all.

I agree; although it means that the music won't get cut as badly as it sometimes was, it doesn't sound anywhere near to the theme tune.

It's the start of the Opt Out! Also are there two beds? I have one of them but its not the one used at launch? Also the bed plays for about 5 secs after the break then fades out? lol what.

Can you type in meaningful sentences, certainly isn't the opt out sting, it's a bad rehash.

No I think the discussion is about the very short music played into the break. I can only assume they're trying to make the break as short as possible. Initially they were just cutting straight into the breaks.

That's a bit harsh, surely? Sending her to prison just because the weather's bad! She only reports on the weather. She doesn't actually cause it!

She was inside for two of the forecasts, the rest were outside. I imagine the camera they usually use outside was being used hand-held to film that dog they had in the studio today...

Not the opt out to the regional news? It's before commercial breaks. They have 3 beds I think, the TOTH bed, a run up to the break (which I rather like the longer it runs, and wish I had), and the out of break bed (which is the one you don't hear for long). They played it for... oooooh possibly 6 seconds after the break in 2010 when it launched, and it seemed to pace up a bit with drums, but this was just as it was fading out so perhaps heard it wrong. I'll try and get the video.
