Daybreak - the launch onwards

They could've just made the logo orange and saved the complains about white on yellow being too hard to read!

I was watching thinking that. why they didn't' match the logo colour to the orange used as part of the astons.

It was interesting to see the aston work without the clock, the bright dash works interestingly. The problem with the yellow logo is that the line beneath the logo is now a weird orange/red gradient that seems odd to flash white.

Watching this change though, I feel like it's a stop gap change, awaiting a full rebrand when new presenters & editorial review have been completed.

I'm still not a massive of the blinds used on the set, and looking at the slightly refreshed this morning set as a comparison this morning, there was no competition. Because of the weather in London today, this morning's windows were also showing a very dark view of London, but the bright set framing the window definitely helps it.

their website still have the purple logo as the header and still a lot of other purple bits on there, its all just a bit of a mish-mash this whole relaunch thing

It's not a relaunch at all, it's a recoloured logo and some orange cushions.

Didn't TV Mocker do the logo in this colour or was it one of the other million daybreak mocks on here?

To be fair, he ended up with such a vile proliferation of logos he was bound to get it right.
