So these are the new graphics everyone's been wetting themselves about? Just one new background image?

Pretty much, I'm hoping that there's more to follow in the next few weeks..

Speak for yourself!

I think the only people 'wetting themselves', are ITV Executives about the lacklustre performance of their costly revamp of GMTV in terms of audience share. Laughing

God, yeh Jason. There could be lots of reasons Stu wets himself that have nothing to do with Daybreak, and its none of your business.

*awkward*

You probably spent most of your time adding a caption to say you captured it. What do you think people are going to do with these images which are readily available on ITV Player (as you said) that makes you need to 'copyright' it?

Perhaps he was actually moaning about the fact that you have to watch all the adverts before you're able to jump to particular points in the programme.

At least 'watchingtv' has spared us the adverts with his captures. Wink

- Chris it was just a copy & paste job, I don't expect anything to happen to them, just making a point I took it, sorry if that's a problem for you.
-Stuart Yes the adverts seemed to appear everytime I fast forward the programme regardless of passing a 'set' advert slot so I thought I better copy them so it would save going back if I needed.

I just didn't understand why you needed to make that point - that's all. Smile I do understand your annoyance with ITV Player - it's an absolute nightmare to be avoided at all costs. Why they can't use similar software to 4OD that remembers you've watched the bloody adverts a million times I do not know.

ITV Player never seemed to work for me. I think it was a Firefox problem, but life's too short to fart about with it!

BBC IPlayer, much better. Never done C4 or C5 players.

The only one that's useable without wanting to smash your screen is the iPlayer. ITV Player is clunky and the adverts take forever to load - similar issues with Channel 4/5.

I suppose its off topic but to add my comment, I use Youtube for channel 4 and 5 as they show full episodes on there.

Here in the Calendar region, we had the egg break-bumper on still for about 20 seconds, the Daybreak music started and the new picture that's on all of the plasmas recently with some animation, that was on for around 10 seconds the we finally caught up with Gaynor Barnes in the Calendar studio around 30 seconds late.

They seem to be having a bit of trouble going to the regions today, at 7.15 Adrian had to introduce local news twice. Sticky cue-dot?

They've changed the aston strap slightly, the bottom bit is bolder and the location strap aston the location I think they've made the font size bigger, there seems to be the odd purple pillow on that red sofa as well, is that a mistake?
