Daybreak - the launch onwards

Am I the only one who quite likes that? It's like Blue Peter Garden meets Pebble Mill meets Changing Rooms meets B&Q. Nothing like a natter on the patio.

No no no it's the "terrace".

It is rather nice although I don't like the pebbles around the edge. Perhaps if they bought white gravel and dyed it daybreak purple it might have looked more striking. Atm it just looks a bit dirty.

I thought they were creating a new terrace behind the studio window but perhaps I'm mistaken on that. Unless I'm mistaken that terrace area is next to the green room and was used by LNN back in the day.

Yes, that's the greenroom terrace which has been used before. It's not the terrace directly behind the sofa window.

I note they've also taken the wall opposite the clock away too, opening the view back up.

I noticed on the website they are now using different weather symbols, would this have anything to do with posts stating ITV Weather graphics were changing this year and that Daybreak would use the same?

I am glad they haven't just put the weather on there and left it to just update and thought into most areas (that I can see) are being looked into.

So has everybody noticed that ITV4's coverage of the IPL is coming from a redressed Daybreak set ?
