This image is used on a billboard in Norwich, I think it looks quite good, apart from the Adrian Chiles bit.
I see the homepage of itv.com is now flanked by these two
http://www.itv.com/documents/jpg/daybreak-background_v2.jpg
And as for cover presenters for Adrian & Christine, if they are from the existing team I can see Grainne Seoige or Kate Garaway covering for Christine, and Dan Lobb for Adrian.

HO
A two or three hour programme that often features clips not cleared for air would, broadcast live five days a week and often only relevant on that day is unlikely to make it online, I'd have thought. Certainly the American broadcasters are very limited - Today is best, posting the first hour of each broadcast on iTunes, GMA posts only select features, reports or interviews and TES doesn't seem to post anything.
Does anyone know if Daybreak will be on ITV Player? Not all ITV shows are for some reason, I know that Loose Women does not appear on player because of something to do with the production or ownership rights??

But ITV are not competing and will not be compared to any of those broadcasters. They will be compared to the BBC and iPlayer. To be fair, I don't think BBC Breakfast is on iPlayer either.

I think you missed my point slightly - my point was that clearly Breakfast newscasts are much trickier to place on an online service due to their length, content and appeal. It already takes some time for the BBC to get a BBC news bulletin or The One Show on iPlayer which, at only half an hour long, is presumably easier than a two to three hour morning newscast with a probably limited online appeal.
A programme like Breakfast or GMTV repeats itself numerous times with the expectation that most viewers won't ever be watching for more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time, and any breaking news featured would become useless very quickly. It's also worth noting BBC News bulletins, to the best of my knowledge ITV News bulletins and NBC's Today only remain online for 24 hours or so.

Apologies if this has already been asked, but how often are Regional News updates going to be on during Daybreak? I do hope more often than GMTV and slightly longer too and the exact tinming as well!

Welcome back Shatliff.
Thank you, I have still been around but not posting much.
I am looking forward to Daybreak, I did like GMTV over the last two years but Daybreak should be good!

Actually, we do post interviews, reports and segments from the show on the website after they have aired. We also stream the show live on the website but use IP blocking software to prevent non-North American visitors from viewing it. You can try using IP proxy software but in 99.9% of the cases, this is readily identifiable and remains blocked. The only exception is when we have special report coverage of an event (such as a Presidential Statement or a breaking story). There are limitations to the amount of video and programming that can broadcast online to the UK due to sponsorship, advertising deals and the like.
