There we go:

I'm guessing the lighting department are going to enjoy lighting that each time.

They're probably going to have to keep on changing the lighting several times throughout the show. Can't wait until we change the clocks, and those lovely dark mornings!

Sorry it's a rushed job, will need to get picture quality sorted

Everything I have seen so far looks good to me. It feels like a fresh approach to breakfast television without the obvious breakfast colours that most broadcasters seem to go for. Also with the new HD set, and a live skyline view, this should look fantastic. I personally hope it's not too newsy.

Someone got a cheap deal on laminate flooring and decided to use it on the walls too? Shocked

That bit concerns me a little - I also think that (purely from that picture) a little more colour on the set might not hurt. Having said that it looks very modern - I like the steps a lot.

Are the glass panels propped up against either the windows meant to be there, or haven't they finished the set?

Very different from what I expected! It's so modern though, I love it.

Also, the lack of ties on the male presenters and reporters, I wonder if that is permanent? (Especially in the case of Adrian)

I agree completely (apart from it not being too newsy). It's fresh compared to the GMTV set which has been pretty much the same throughout the noughties and late nineties. I quite like the sofa too.

Does anyone think it's a bit This Morning though?

It does seem to have a This Morning feel about it, hope its different when on screen.

Pictures have been sorted now, should be more clean, including Lorraine.

I take it the picture of Lorraine was from her studio, right?

I thought Lorraine wasn't involved in Daybreak? Yet she's appearing in the Daybreak photos on the Daybreak set?

Yep, here is the full picture.

(we had to crop it for the site, hence why we cut the rest of the set out, sorry)
