Fans of things going disastrously wrong should stay tuned though.

I can see this getting thrown into a Saturday schedule some point in August after a 63rd showing of a Lord of the Rings film.

ITV have a huge gaping hole in their summer schedules to fill with movies and filler material until the X Factor starts again in late August. It will find a slot very easily.

Really? Paul O'Grady's Animal Orphans is scheduled at 9pm next Wednesday. I can't see them changing that and scheduling a 15 minute filler programme at 9pm.

The second episode was already scheduled for next Tuesday at 9:15pm, so I expect they'll show episode 1 next Tuesday, and episode 2 the week after.

It will only be there if ITV show the World Cup Semi-Final that night.

I scheduled this David Walliams programme and that's what my Scheduled tab is telling me now, though I hadn't gone through the entire listing, so I didn't spot the World Cup Semi-Final entry.

In fact the Alright on the night programme doesn't show up at all now in the Sky search as to when its on at all.

Next Wednesday's semi-final is currently scheduled to be shown on BBC One.

It won't be known who shows which game until after the quarter finals.

Actually I've just noticed I've confused the issue. The Alright on the night programme is next Tuesday, not Wednesday. For some reason I thought today was Wednesday. Oops Smile

The Tue/Wed schedule will switch based on the semi final ITV show. If England are in the semis I suspect coverage will go through to 10pm regardless of extra time. If they make the final (and it is practically an open goal) they'll probably go through to about 1am on Friday.
