David Blaine 'Above the Below'

If David Blaine ever strips to the nuddy, surely that's indecent exposure and therefore a public order offence? Or does this law only apply in selective circumstances?

The law generally only applies selective circumstances.

For instance, the police can often get away with speeding offenses and possesion of child pornography, whilst the average punter, can't.

Well I *was* planning to try and lose some weight by starving myself completely, but David has proved that this *obviously* wouldn't work, seeing as he still looks a bit porky.

So, he's coming out of the box on Sunday night, live on Sky One. So, what have we learnt really ? Do you think there will be any theatrics like, him disappearing, or being declared dead or something, only for him to be resurrected Jesus like several days later ?

If not, it's been a very dull stunt. His worst yet. Wonder if the ITVNC will be naughty and sneak a camera in again, to steal Channel 4's thunder who have the footage a day late.

I feel sorry for the person who greets him close-up. It ain't gonna be pleasant, that's for sure!
