What signal strength do the two working receivers show for COM5's UHF frequency?
All of Multiplex COM5. But why only on certain tv's?

How close to Rowridge do you live ? It might be the two receivers that don't work are being 'deafened' by too much signal, and/or PSB3 on Ch 21 is splashing across. Try connecting one or other directly to the aerial, taking the booster out of the equation (as that might be overloading everything if you are close to the tx)
Rowridge channel 22 482mhz

OK. Remember if the receiver has no 'HD Tuner' (aka DVB-T2) it won't see or register anything for PSB 3 Ch21 (or COM 7 Ch55)
Put the booster as close to the aerial as possible, it's better to boost a signal at the sending end of a long cable, rather than at the receiving end.
About 12 miles, bedroom tv does not tune any channels in on 21 or 22. It is the longest run of coax. I need to get a new 6 way booster/splitter as I need to connect a 5th tv. So think i will run new coax while I'm at it. And check direct as you suggest. Thanks
