I quite like the see-thru gauze effect where you can see through. I think it could be used on main bulletins in any news room with the colour lighting changing during the day to reflect lighter at breakfast through to darker in the evening (as per pre-corporate BBC look). I thought the background with the gauze through to the computers in the election studio behind David Dimbleby looked good.
