That's from AFTER the change of ident, so January may indeed be correct. TV Ark actually claims it happened in 1989, which sounds too early given the original ITV generic only launched that year.
The YTV ident certainly didn't change before 1991. Although quite ambiguous, I think Redvers introduction to H&A refers to Bobby calling off her engagement (Ep 649) which we would have seen around August/September 1991.
649
Bobby realises she has made a big mistake accepting Geoff’s proposal of marriage.
Australian Air Date: 18th October 1990

Well the clips claims to be one day out of August it seem to be correct. But its still very ambiguous when the ident changes
Most Clips are from September onwards, expect this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isM5lFIYhdU
but it does not have the revised Break bumper and to be fair YTV never changed the clock until early 1992.
I take it the Break bumper changed at the same time?

If it was Jan 1991 it would make more sence, Of course what confuses alot of people is just like HTV, YTV had a no ITV version where the logo was on full show, since the Sept 1989. When the new version of slide and clock appear it still in Spring 92 had the 89 itv YTV logo, it wasn't until Autumn 1992 when Chervon took full pride again.
Shame that batch of tapes didn't have anything from Jan 1991

It seems Tyne tees need to be looked at again:
Was this slide or presentation used for from Auttum 92 until May 93? or did it carry on until September 93?
I believe the purple IVC was used thought this time and the break bumper was mainly the same thought out aswell. Promo endbroads seem to be the same as Yorkshire.
I think this was around for quite a while, maybe even post September 1993? They only used it when there wasn't a custom slide made, so normally for local (TTT only) programmes.

From September 93 I'm sure the blind slide with the logo superimposed ‘live’ because it was used by YTV at the same time.
Strangely during YTV time Spring 92- Sept 93 changed four times
