That's an easy one. If they're from 1989, they were almost certainly replaced by the 1989 generic package.

So there last 8 months then, from jan - Aug 1989. Yet there is very little of this on line.

Another strange one is these slides: Where there only used for Films?

A promo for 2nd September 1989. Ie this must prove the looked started before then?

Could be the case that like " Get Ready For ITV " that it was being used as promotion before the actual launch.

Possibley? it must be 26/27 Auguest, I would have say the idents etc appearing before these programmes appered

That's interesting, because TV Ark says it launched on the 4th. That can't be right if the logo was on trails for the 2nd, so I'd guess it launched at the end of CITV on the 1st, which would be when LWT took over from Thames.

TVARK is wrong on a number of points, and have been informed of the errors. from what people have said it was the 1st around LWT going into 5.40 news. Since the transferre was over home and away.

I remember first seeing the ITV ident when they came on air on the Friday evening. Pretty sure it was at 5:15, the first thing LWT showed that evening (the change over only took place during Home and Away when that moved to 5:10 when the news moved to 5:40)

Presumably anything bought in that didn't have an end of part/beginning of part

It seems like there is a HTV News (West?) open between 1995-1997?

Its more like Auttum 1996 - Spring 1997. The orange look was still in use in the summer 1996. and Sliver look appeared in April 1997.
