Was about to compile the list and then it stuck me were still missing date:
* When in 1988 did this come along?

Well.. If it didn't appear at the start of 1995 - and I strongly suspect it was there for most of the year - then definitely no later than May.

First Monday in September 1992 rings a bell for the Tyne Tees one.

I think the Anglia one was early 1988.

1992 - 1996: The silver TTTV ident was Monday 5th October 1992 Jjine told us this eailer in this thread, its not easy trying to keep track hopeful once the full list is completed that will solve this

It also coincided with the launch of Tyne Tees Today, the replacement for the long-running Northern Life news programme which had ended the previous Friday (2nd October 1992). The new TTTV logo featured in the titles for both Tyne Tees Today and the Tyne Tees News bulletins.

I've got some time in Spring 1988 in my head for the Anglia Flag ident. I'm not entirely sure where I got that information from.

Digging around on youtube, I've come across this example of Anglia continuity from 13 February 1988. T he Knight's still in use but what I find really interesting is the dual branded menus and programme slides complete with rainbow ITV logo that Anglia appeared to be using at the time...

And Youtube can confirm that the flag was in place by 16th May.
