I'm sure it won't be as annoying as the constant TUI sponsorship and advertising on Sky One at the moment!

Hopefully they will not have the various sofas with the idiots saying they could have got more selling private but they were too lazy to and were happy to lose out on several hundred pounds extra if they had bothered to, and bloody James Cordon speaking over the top of them, I think i'd rather have the dancing pillock in the ad I posted earlier than Cordon!

I'm a bit worried by the fact it's sponsored by We Buy Any Car.

I'm actually glad someone else thought this. Dreading the sponsorship stings.

Maybe they will go back to this beaut, but with the guy on ice this time Shocked Confused

Premieres Sunday 7th January from 6-8pm. Vera follows from 8-10pm so I'm guessing that scheduling may remain the same for the first few weeks at least. Matt Chapman will be the commentator.

And stuff like this, was what ITV meant when they said having horse racing back could mean they'll be able to 'integrate and promote it' alongside and in other programmes on the channels.

Well, it's an interesting choice to say the least. Only downside he won't be able to do The Sunday Forum on ATR, and when he is presenting and John McCririck is on as a guest, makes for a robust and sometimes hilarious discussion of horse racing.

Someone mentioned Simon Reed could be the commentator for DOI (he took over from Tony Gubba when he couldn't continue due to illness during the previous series). Slight problem with that. He'll be in Melbourne for part of the series as lead commentator for the Australian Open with Eurosport.

Guess he'll be at the Winter Olympics too.

Yes, now you mention it. Reed will be doing the Ice Skating...

So there won't be a separate results show? It'll be integrated into the main programme?

Looks like it, as The X Factor and The Voice did this year.

I assume it’ll be a free app vote, like the aforementioned, so the vote doesn’t have to be open for that long!?
