Yep was recorded and evidently not cos they've been mouthing off that is out. What a waste of time BBC, wonder if it'll be swiftly switched back to Saturday before the series is out.

So was the results show recorded then - and if so have the audience remained locked in the studio overnight?
I guess the most telling point could be whether Kenny Logan appears on ITV's Rugby World Cup coverage tonight - just minutes after SCD comes to an end.

You might be right. Whose idea was it to put it on Sunday?
I'll give it 3 weeks.

BBC1 controller Peter Fincham is to move the Strictly Come Dancing results show to a slot on early Sunday evening.

Shame "that person" has gone. "That person" was the only one I knew was in it.

It wouldn't be so bad if they were honest about it. I didn't watch the results show, I had a look at Cirque de Celebrite on Sky One instead, but during the adverts I turned over to BBC One to hear Tess Daly talking about the tension 'yesterday'. Just like the Blue Peter incidents, it just made me think, why lie?
Talking about being honest and Cirque de Celebrite, they had a problem with the phone lines on this evenings show. Jenni Falconer had to keep saying, "You won't hear a message when you vote via phone, but your vote will still be counted."

Considering all the accusations of faking things etc., it seems a bizarre move to switch it to Sundays - especially as they now have a dance off.

I hear one of the Hervey sisters is on Cirque De Celebrities. I shan't be watching.
WHAT ELSE DO THEY DO? WHAT ELSE DO THEY DO?
Sorry.

All references were to "last night's show" and Tess changed her frock to complete the deception. What an insult to viewers intelligence.

Is this deception/fakery issue now getting a bit OTT though? Should Des stop saying "Welcome to Countdown on this Friday. Carol, are you looking forward to the weekend?" when we know full well the programmes are recorded in bulk months earlier? Same with Noel referring to "last week's epic show" (No doubt there are hundreds of similar examples across all TV)
For Tess to say "last night's show" is surely perfectly reasonable. Knowing full well the programme was to be transmitted the following day, talking to the viewer about the previous night's events is logical albeit not technically true as the words were coming out of her mouth.
Serious deception would be closing the phone lines today after pre-recording the results show last night.
FWIW I think Sunday's show is a bad idea. Strictly loses the "Saturday night event" feel and if the results are going to be leaked each week, even worse.
