That isn't a confirmation of the show returning, it's a confirmation that ITV and Talkback Thames are discussing the possibilities.

It isn't even that really as the article uses the word 'apparently'.

You need someone to apply with - but it can be anyone - friend, relative, husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend etc..
