I loved this show, but it lost something when Richard O'Brien stopped presenting it. I would say bring him back but he's 66 now!!! The more I think about it, the more I think Russell Brand would make a suitable host, you need someone slightly quirky and with a personality. Not a bland like milk host such as Fearne Cotton or Dermot O' Leary.

It's been announced over the weekend that's not happening.
Do you mean that it has been announced that he won't be playing himself in Hollywood films or that he will not NOT be involved in a comeback of the Maze?
Ha ha ha!!!!

How do you book the maze to use for team building? This is the first I've heard about the maze still being in existance, even the numerous fan sites don't seem to be aware of it.
Even if it is still in existance, an new production would probably want to be different enough to the old series (games, zones, layouts, routes between zones, decoration, props, and quality - especially if produced in HD) that the set would probably have to be rebuilt.

The Crystal Maze studio is still up and running. Its used for team building exercises so I'd assume if it was to return it would just be the case of hiring the maze out.

You also need the right amount of space i.e. the aircraft hangar area was perfect. I can't see it being the same in a studio some how.

As much as I enjoyed the Crystal Maze zone games, I always felt that the show was let down by the final end game - collecting flying bits of paper in a wind machine.
