The disclaimer that it is not a charity special for SU2C but they can win money for SU2C seems a bit odd. I'm guessing the celeb teams are getting paid more than the money on offer so they're ting to avoid the flack some ITV shows have had for raising less for charity than the celebs were paid.
Didn't there use to be a time where a celebrity went on a celebrity special of something and they were paid bugger all to be there? Or is that only limited these days to Children In Need and maybe Red Nose Day? (although of course Terry Wogan "received a fee" for dong CiN which he apparently never asked for)
Episode 2 had some really cool lighting effects in the Industrial Zone - lightning sparks, smoke, explosions. The entrance from the Aztec zone was shown climbing through the tunnel. And some of the game rooms seemed a lot bigger than the 1st series, the final game involving a maze full of doors. A similar game to Series 1 of the original series from 1990 and located in the same room also in the Industrial Zone. However, the dark and neon blue lighting made it look really cool tonight. Some excellent games tonight. Really good.

I'm a Celebrity changed all that. Even the first two Celeb BB's were done for free.
It would seem that this series has been shot in purpose built set and not in the experience in London as was series 1 of this reboot, I only say this because I saw some thing like made in Bristol or such like in the end credits, yes I am one of those sad people that look at the credits.

Series 1 was definitely not shot in the London experience, the Stephen Merchant special was though.
Both series of the Ayoade show have been shot at the Bottle Yard Studios in Bristol.
Just out of interest do you think they take the set down and rebuild it each series or is it’s permanent set? There would be a lot to pack away if they do...
