Keep it Country becomes Spotlight TV

My mum likes country music, and she noticed recently, that Keep it Country, one of two Country music channels on the Sky EPG, has been rebranded as Spotlight TV. Anyone know why the channel has been renamed?

It's been removed from Freeview too. Probably in financial trouble - it's owner was trying to claim a cut of the licence fee a few months back.
