Maybe they should do a Have i Got News for you! style, i.e. a new presenter each week.
IMO the current Des has been much more suited to the programme than Des Lynham. Regarding getting in a younger presenter i believe this would damage the shows quirky image, and detract from the reputation it has built itself over the last 25 years.

Not really a valid argument, given that Richard Whiteley was - if my mathematics is correct - "merely" 39 when he first presented it.
