Countdown is on the move

Channel 4 have agreed to move Countdown down south after Des Lynam threatened to quit. He is annoyed at having to travel from London to Leeds to record the programme. Half of the series will now be filmed at a studio near Lynam's house as a compromise.

And where are your sources for this?

I can find three sources, but as they're all tabloid newspapers/red tops I'll believe it when I see it, so I think you're living up to your user name.
