Can somebody please tell me when the new look for Countdown begins, is it monday because thats when they begin the series? unless they are showing a repeat or two.

I don't think it's this Monday. It could be but I don't think it is. They're showing a "Champion of Champions" series first.

Carol Vorderman said it was from the new year when interviewed on Frank Skinner.

EDIT: The Countdown page says the new set launches on Monday with the 3 week series of Champions of Champions - they are normally quite reliable. Should be new titles as well, although I'm guessing that they will just be the current ones using different video images.
