Probably upscaling artefacts somewhere down the line, probably at production. Same thing happened with the Total Wipeout rehash. The only thing HD about that was the new graphics, everything else is just a blurry upscaled mess.

Obviously they won't have been able to film any new property searches this year, but I have a feeling they'd have made a retrospective anyway.
The first of them showed some of their first episode, which felt a lot more 'daytime' - has Locations always been a primetime show, or have I just forgotten how cheap property shows looked in 2000?

It has generally always been primetime though I think they may have done one daytime series with Kirsty's sister when in primetime they focused more on Relocation Relocation.
Turns out nobody had 2020 vision.

I imagine The Hotel Inspector won't be short of businesses in need of rescuing for the next series.

I think they’ll need more than a gathering of the local movers and shakers and a new logo this time though.

A lot of factual entertainment shows like Location, Grand Designs and the daytime property shows back in the 2000s had a video look, it's only in the last few years as programmes have switched to HD that the majority of them have adopted the filmic look.

The Masked Singer AU finished yesterday with their final filmed after production was shutdown with Melbourne still under a strict lockdown. This meant the show came from three cities with green screen technology used to make it look like they were all in the studio in Melbourne, even though the host was in Sydney along with a judge, with another judge in Auckland.

I think a new episode of Bargain Hunt might be on BBC One now, the host looks considerably distanced from the auctioneer during the team item valuations and during the historical interlude before the auction it looked like there was obvious social distancing between the host and guest.
Have you washed your hands?

It's listed as new on Virgin's EPG. I think the auction being outdoors is a giveaway too.

Yeah, the sales they buy things at are sometimes outdoors, but never the auction.
