Coronation Street's 50th Anniversary

I have heard a rumour on the Internet that Hilda Ogden is going to return for a one-off appearance when Coronation Street has its 50th anniversary - I am not sure if there is any truth in this.

I hadn't heard any more yet about what ITV have planned for the 50th anniversary episode.
