Has anyone heard that Craig Kelly who plays Luke is leaving? Im glad, never liked Luke, he is so boring/pointless and he was no replacement for Liam.

I hope this means that Carla will get the factory back (especially with Gray O Brien taking a break for Panto someone will have to run it). I cant wait for Carla's return, Alison is back filming next month Smile


Apparently Alison is returning (on screen) almost at the same time as when Craig leaves so she probably is returning to the factory.

I liked Luke: I liked the way Craig Kelly played him; understated cool, funny on occasion and charismatic in his way. Granted no replacement for Liam Wink, but nothing we can do about that... unless he does a Harold Bishop or Dirty Den Laughing

I will be nice to see Carla back-- wonder what she'll make of Tony's rather sinister relationship with Maria?

I thought Luke was okay. By no means my favourite character, but I thought there was room for him to develop given time, and there are other characters I'd much rather see the back of.

Agree with you there. Fiz is driving me insane, will she just shut it and stop blubbering. Theres no real storyline going on at the moment, Jasons mundane drunken behaviour/windbag trying to redeem himself/Kevin Molly Tyrone Love Triangle. Its all boring. I await Carla's return.

Catch yourself on Elizabeth! Today's Sun has photos of Charlie Lawson back on the Corrie set, so it has. There's no hint as to how long Jim's going to be back for. It might just be for Steve and Becky's wedding, as Andy is also reported to be coming back for it, but who knows, we may be treated to a little more of Jim, so we may.

Yeah I heard that Jim's back, but just for the wedding.

yeah does look quite good - I think it coninsides with the new promo on the website and proberly soon to be on tv -"summer lovin' " - quite funny!!

seems like their using "the nations street" brand more !
they only changed it at the end of March - what are they going to change it every 3 months!! Very Happy

I was watching BBC breakfast this morning and the actress who played Sunita was on and she revealed she's coming back, I think she said September but not sure-I'm sure the interview will be on the BBC website somewhere
