I think the Eileen/Julie storyline has been a real turning point for the show. Corrie has always had strong female characters and now these 2 have been given a great storyline. Plus Reet and Paula are involved - another 2 strong characters.

Just hope the Peter/Michelle/Luke "triangle" which came from nowhere is over soon. Isnt Luke just the most pointless boring character ever. Peter is ok but prefer his scenes with Blanche and Simon.

Looking forward to Carla's return in the autumn.
