Thanks.

Its Corrie's turn to win this year - they won in 2003, 2005, 2007 - will they this year tho I wonder?

You'd think ITV would have the sense to accommodate them into the schedules on the Saturday itself, or at the latest on the Sunday. Screening them five days is just encouraging people not to bother watching. Who's on hosting duties nowadays - is it Phil and Fern?

It's never really harmed it ratings-wise though, which I guess is why ITV continue with this practice.

And it's not really your typical Saturday night fare. Then again, neither was 'An Audience with Coronation Street'. *shudders*

Well it was... Fern has dropped out, after her This Morning announcement. I wonder if Schofer will fly solo, or they will pair him up with someone (probably Fiona Phillips, Mel Sykes or Mylene Klass?)

The best way to rescue a rabbit from a fire is in the cage its already in. Why waste time by taking it out of the cage?

I thought that too Confused

wonder if there's a link to his past there, like a fire in his childhood where he lost a rabbit, or maybe a certain person's pet rabbit

The little actor who plays Simon has to be one of the best child actors Corrie has had in a while

I agree, the actor who plays Simon should definitely get the best young actor award at the soap awards!

Good episode of Corrie tonight - best we have had for a few weeks. I warmed to Luke for the first time tonight when he rescued the rabbit. Never really liked him before. Guess I just don't like it when people say he is the new Liam when he is nothing like Liam! Smile

I agree - really good episodes tonight, in some ways reminiscent of the Rovers fire in the 1980s.

I agree, there was enough drama for one decent episode tonight. It's just a shame they had to pad it out to 50 minutes with unnecessary 'Dev dialogue'.
